Is there a way to stop dropping before and after droptarget?

I am trying to implement drag and drop using the silverlight toolkit treeview control. If I move slightly above the treeviewitem then dropping will cause to drop before the treeview item, if I move slightly below the treeviewitem then dropping will place after the treeviewitem.

The required behavior, however would be to all the time drop on the treeview item and not before and after.

Is there a way to disable the dragging and dropping of before or after the item?
