WritableBitmap uploading to server

Hi All,

     Working with WritableBitmap. Having a requirement where I need to upload the writablebitmap image taken from MediaElement to my server from client.

 * More over having gone through some of the articles where it mentioned that the mediaElement source url domain should match exactlywith the website url domain.

In my case, the Uri difference.My question, is there any possiblity to get the writableBitmapImage and upload the same to the my server.

Hi Praveen,

If you want to send WritableBitmap from Silverlight to server, you can utilize WCF service, send WriteableBitmap as byte[] from silverlight client, deserialize the byte[] to Bitmap or Image object in the server side. Please take a look at this thread.
