White Board Application using Video ChatRoom in ASP.net

Friends,

I am planning to develop a Whiteboard application in which a video chatroom is also present in ASP.net. I am not an expert in Dotnet!!

Questions

1) Which architecture should I follow ( Mesh/DAG), should i use MVC?

2) Is it feasible to use WebRTC or should I stick with SilverLight APIs'?

Expecting some valuable advices and suggetions from stackoverflow friends.
