How to get the correct uri from an embeded library?

How to get the correct uri from an embeded library?

When I was working with WPF, I had written this sentence:

pack://application:,,,/MathematicsBusiness.PEMDAS;component/ResourceDictionary.xaml 

And it works for WPF.

But I'm a bit confusing using Silverlight. Please, take a look at the image.

I've been looking in the web, but I only find examples where the resources are in the web project, but not as embedded resource.

I've received this error:

Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component.
