Should I use PRISM with DDD

I am developing a 'Big' enterprise application using Domain Driven Development. the architecture is like this

I think that this architecture is good but one question bothers me: If I integrate PRISM with my app, will it be better?

With PRISM my architecture will be like this (I think)
