Rectangular Boundry

Rectangular Boundry

 As In the word file when i draw any shape and click for resizing, rectangular boundry or frame comes around the shape and we are able to resize.......same thing i want to do here when i click on regular polygons or any other shapes,rectangular boundry should come around....Please suggest me appropriate solution .............
