Quiz app on Windows Phone using LINQ to XML? [closed]

I need some help on making a "quiz" app on windows phone. Here is what the app will do.

1) A question will appear on the middle of the screen and right beneath it, 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 answers (depending on the question) will appear.

2) Users will have to choose only one answer and proceed to the next question.

3) There won't be a wrong or a correct answer, users will just choose which answer they want and proceed to the next question.

EXAMPLE

Question 1: Do you have a boat?
Answers: "Yes", "No" (Let's say that the user chooses the "Yes" answer)

Question 2: What color is it?
Answers: "blue", "black", "green", "red", "white" (Then he chooses the "white" answer)

Question 3: Is this your favorite color?
Answers: "Yes", "No" (Then he chooses the "Yes" answer)

Question 4: You choosed the boat because is your favorite color or because you liked something else about it?
Answers: "My favorite color", "Something else" (Then he chooses the "Something else" answer)

Question 5: So you like the boat because of its...?
Answers: "Shape", "Top Speed", "Low emissions" (Then he chooses the "Shape" answer)

As you can see questions are related to one another. They don't appear randomly. After 10 questions or so a message will appear. Do you have any suggestions on how to make this app? Previous answers didn't hepl me that much. Thanks :)
