Hi there, I have an older MacBook operating on Mac OS X version 10.4.11. I have been using Netflix successfully for the past several months on this computer, having downloaded Silverlight 4 using Firefox version 3.6.28. However, now when I go to play a Netflix video, it tells me that I need to install Silverlight, even though I already have it. I don't have the system requirements to download a newer version of Firefox OR Silverlight 5, and Netflix doesn't seem to recognize my Silverlight 4. Any suggestions? And if I need to uninstall/reinstall Silverlight 4, where can I find it? (I can only find sources for Silverlight 5) Thank you!

Hi, you mean you can't install the latest version Firefox and Silverlight 5 for Mac? The minimum requirements of Siverlight on mac (Intel-based) is Intel Core Duo 1.83-gigahertz (GHz) or higher processor with 512-MB of RAM. And the minimun requirements of Firefox on Mac is PowerPC G3 processor, 128 MB of RAM, 75 MB of free disk space, Mac OS X 10.2.x. I think your MacBook have already meet the requirements.
If you still can't install them, please contact with Firefox support or Microsoft Support or Mac support.
