Localization in silverlight Application

Hi,

I am developing an appliation which supports English, Japanese, Korean and Chinese. In order to achive this I used the resource files. I have the naming format as given below.

ApplicationStrings.ja-JP.resx -- for Japan, ApplicationStrings.ko-KR.resx -- for Korean,  ApplicationStrings.resx -- for English and ApplicationStrings.zh-CN.resx for Chinese.

Now my application works well for all the languages except for chinese, can some one Please help me as how to solve this issue.

When i look into the cultureinfo i see the culture as "zh-CN" but the values present inside it are all diplayed in english instead of chinese.
